I have this whining type noise, sounds like it's comming from the gearbox, does it in 3rd 4th and 5th. If I press the gas in the right place it will stop, any speed, any rpm. Also, I have a chatter every once in a while, when I stop and put it in neutral and release the clutch pedal, I can hear chattering, but it doesn't really seem like it's comming from the clutch, if I hold the pedal down the chattering will stop. This doesn't happen very often, but enough to annoy me.
