i had these issues a few months ago, I reluctantly changed to BPR6ECS, The C denotes a copper core, the 6 is obviously the heat rating and the R is a resistance tyoe plug, BP denotes the size of spanner required and the seal type (washer or conical). I'm sure someone will correct me but that's how I understand it, however, I noticed little difference in the emissions but, it started much easier and pulled cleaner, and I hoped it wouldn't as I don't like being wrong, however I would recomend them to anyone, I got mine on a trip back in the UK for the grand sum of £3.80 for four (I'm still registered as a trader there), so about $2 each sounds about right.

1) Plus 4s are junk
2) no need to index, same amount of spark regarless of where it is pointed, it still ignites the same amount of fuel (or so I have been told numerous times)
3) If in doubt always use copper plugs, these cars runs well with them
4) NAPA sells NGK plugs as does autozone (though they may have to order some of them)

A question about the Bosh Supers, i bought 4 from AutoZone earlier today. One of the packs comes in the older style all yellow box, the others in a varying shade of gray box. The box numbers are identical in everyway, partnumber, UPC...etc. The plugs all have the same WR7DC stamped on them, just the plug in the older box has R6 192 printed on it, the 3 in the new box have R6 388 stamped on it. I went back to AutoZone, but these were the last 4 they had in stock. What does this mean?

Also are the torque specs the same as a turbo motor, 19-22lbs?
