1) Was there ever a turbo made in '84?
2) Where is the driver's side of the rear valance?
3) Why didn't he wash it before the picture?
4) Is this NEXOLINE's car?
5) Looking at the car next the car for sale; I think it may be a worn out little beast. (But hey, for $1k, it can be a parts car.)
6) How much salt has the car seen?

I think it may be a good parts car (dmg body) or a good track car.(ok body)

No turbo ever made in 1984. They didn't hit the US until 86.

It has the late interior and judging by the fuchs, I would say it is an '86. I can't remember how to decipher the serial number in order to tell the year.

The VIN indicates a 1984.

The interior is of the later 944 but the VIN is definetly an 84. Either he has an 86 turbo and the vin is wrong or he's has an 84 NA and a picture of a later model interior. Whatever it is that is one sketchy add.

Boricua944, you havent solved yet, its got the turbo frontend. and rear valance. The rear valance is actually missing the left piece.

I can vouch for the weather here being too cold to wash the car lately, but even I would have taken it to the spray wand car wash and dried it off before it froze up if I was taking pictures to sell the car with. It is near me, I may try to get a hold of the guy and take a look at the car in person.

It has the late interior, turbo nose, and the late windsheild. I'd say either the vin is wrong or the pics are not the right ones. Scam??
