Thumbs up NJ Beer Night 1/30/04

All,

Me and Jason K and anybody else will be meeting up
Friday Jan. 30 around 7:30 PM at Harvest Moon Brew Pub

http://www.harvestmoonbrewery.com/

The corner of Church & George Streets, New Brunswick.
Damn good beer. Pretty good grub too. (medium pricey $4/beer,
$8/burger, $15-25main course... does NOT cater to the college crowd).

All are welcome! If you email me to say your coming, I will try to keep
a rough count and reserve a table if called for!

I hope I can swing it, that place is one that I've been meaning to check out (I brew). Gotta check with the Mrs., I know something's up for that weekend but I'm not sure which night.

I'm off that day, having some dental work done-maybe a lukewarm beer would take the edge off-and if the weather is bad I'll hitch a ride with Dave (let him drive, he he).

I just came from the dentist a few hours ago the anesthesia is pretty much worn off and I'm feeling it! The site mentions that they serve cask ale (UK style, not as cold and lower carbonation) so that should work for you
Your welcome to hop in with me, maybe we'll find the source of that stalling problem!

nj924s,

I'll keep my eyes open more! Right now my car is indoors for the foreseeable future (think rain!). But in fair weather I drive it all the time, but there's just too many pot holes and patch work in PP Beach, I go out the back way by Rt. 70 bridge, since I live in the Boro!

Are you gonna meet up with us on Beer night?

Deitz

Minivan? Don't think so. 944? I'm not pushing that car again, for sure not all the way from New Brunswick. Speed Yellow Cab? Not unless it's dry and they valet park. My wife's Audi looks like the safe bet!

That looks like an interesting place. I'll try and make it. No 944 for me though. The alignment is all messed up and I need to do wheel bearings. Subaru it is.

nj924s, let me know next time your down.

Ken, I'm not counting on the P-car for beer night either. Too cold, too salty! A good thaw with a good rain is the only thing that will bring her out.
