944S, keep breaking compressor bolts
Car is an 87 944S, refitted the AC to R134 about 10 years ago. Last year I installed a new condenser, and since then things have not been good. In a nutshell the car vibrates with the compressor on, and I have broken three front compressor bolts and one tensioner this year. I'm not over-tightening the belt by any means (in fact I left it slightly loose last time); maybe my compressor has gone bad?

It's also easy to break bolts, tensioner struts and even ears off the block by forcing the tensioner to move with the pivot bolts, etc. still tight.
