wtf is this?!! found it hanging around the top of the wastegate vacuum tube......

Okay, It's a black plastic cylindrical thing with a gray wire. It has a cap, if you open the cap there are 3 (or 4) electrical progs..

It was hanging nearby the wastegate vacuum hose...
I can't attatch any pics because it's a bitmap file??
can someone host them?

well, stock wastegates connect by vacuum line to the cycling valve which is a round plastic thing with wires hanging from it. if i remember correctly, it is a tan color with a brown top?? it is located under the intake manifold nearest to the firewall. most guys get rid of the cycling valve and use the vaccum right off the manifold or IC pipe. i had two of them (one from original engine, and one from new engine) and both had cracked off terminals for the vacuum lines, so obviously i got rid of it.

o2 sensor connector, or the cruise control connector. one of the two.

most likey o2 sensor, though.

That's just the test-connector. It's normally not hooked up to anything, thus the rubber plug. Just bolt it back to the engine-lifting bracket at the back of the cam-tower and that's it.
