Just replaced my motor mounts today. Went great. Took about 3 1/2 hours. Would like to thank all on the forum for the info and support. Also, Clark's Garage Shop Manual was a wonderful asset. Great site and the instructions were right on the money.
Only problem is it is raining today so I can't take her for a ride.

Good job, Hawk! Just don't tell a certain KC Rennlister who has about 8-10 hours into his motor mount swap... lol

Doesnt it feel like a new car when you crank it up?
I love(d) that feeling until my aftermarket (cough,...guilt) mounts went bad, short of 3 weeks later.
Best of luck and congrats.

The issue with not driving in the rain is it took two wash and wax jobs (about 5 hours total) to get the original paint to not dull back up.
8-10 hours, that's a rather long time. I was thinking of doing the job over two days, but found that it was going so well I finished it in one day.
It does make a big difference, no more vibrations.
Thanks all...
