Glacier Blue Metallic was a special color in 1991. These cabriolets were truly the "last of the line" in the 944 saga.

From your other posts and now this photo, it appears to be a very low mileage example in excellent condition. You are very lucky, and as I said in my response to your post in that "other convertible Porsche" forum, I wouldn't give this car up for that one.

P.S. Funny that the pic says "Pop's Porsche," as I gave my S2 cab to my father (58) about a year ago for Xmas. Although "ingress and egress" were a bit awkward at first, now that he's familiar with it he appears to enjoy it because he complains a lot the rare times the car is laid up for maintenance.

Joe:

It looks beautiful. I look forward to meeting you and seeing it in person tomorrow. My daughters game is at 2:00 pm, so come earlier if you can.

Sean and I are talking about having a belt tech session next weekend. We will probably confirm that in the next day or two. Always waiting on the UPS man! You are invited to that as well.

I still like the 944 cab over the 968 cab. The headlights can be made much brighter!

Hey Keith,

Let me know about that T-belt session. You guys are more than welcome to use my house in Altadena. 2 car garage( one side has my S in pieces ) and plenty of driveway space. I'd like to get at my S2's belts and check the tension. I've been riding up and down 280 with the top down all day(65 degrees down here).

If you talk to Sean can you ask him if I can get my helmet back. I may by going to the salvage yard to pick up a few minor interior pieces, if you guys need anything let me know.
