944Fest (aka Dan P)

Anyone been down this road ahead of me? The power brake booster in the 88 n/a has failed, and we'll check the valve first before declaring it toast, but all the parts places (ECS, Rock Auto, Paragon) show it NLA. Everyone has the ATE system, but not the Girling. Shall we swap over to ATE, and if so, what else is required to make it fit and function right?

I went from Girling to ATE. No problems. Just make sure you adjust the pedal afterward just to make sure.
