what bulb for instrument panel?
It appears that my interior turn signal bulb has gone bad - no continuity when tested. Does anyone know if the PC base 1.2w bulbs are available at a local part store? I tried O'Reilly's, but no luck there. Sylvania guide appears to be a 2721, but those are not PC base.

Thanks! I found a box of ten on Amazon (original Osram) for $20. Ordered so that I have spares on hand. The only downside is that I will have to pull the cluster again to put the bulb in once it arrives....

Yeah, access is a bit of a chore, especially given the aged / dried plastic you'll be dealing with. Take it slow. And consider replacing all the bulbs while you're in there: you know that if you don't, another will fail 10 nanoseconds after you put it all together! Good luck,

Received the bulb today - but not what was promised on Amazon! Only one bulb instead of 10. Have contacted seller to complain, and will lodge complaint with Amazon as well. Kevin - to your point, I am not at all concerned about the cluster, as I have had that in/out of the car multiple times over the past several months. More concerned about why the oil pressure gauge reads high most of the time now. Haven't had a chance to check resistance at terminals yet. Reads 4bar at startup, then ends up pegging after less than five minutes and stays there. Also stays pegged once I shut the car off.

Time to get out the multi-meter and diagnose, which sounds like where you're headed. The senders fail with age. A 24 mm crowfoot helps installation. Good luck!

Yep, waiting on a friend to let me borrow his variable pot. That will let me know if gauge reads correctly. My guess is that it is likely just a bad sender. Since there isn't much there, eliminate the wiring/gauge, all that's left is the sender.
