Take it to school! It might not snow that much and the car would be there whenever you want to drive it!

Leave it at home you fool! The 944 and snow don't mix! Leave it in the nice warm garage!

Default Should it stay or go?

So I'm going back to school this Sunday and I'm not sure if I should take the 944. The car would be parked outside and there is a good chance it could get snowed in for awhile. I go to school in Pennsylvania and so far there is no snow on the ground. If it's anything like last year, we could get a lot, but you never know it could end up being a mild winter for snow. I'm not sure if I should leave the 944 at home in the garage on jackstands or take it to school to stay outside where I could drive it. Just thought I'd get some of your opinions on what you would do.

How nice is your 944? What kind of tires do you have on it?

If its not in awesome condition...I would strongly consider taking it.

If you can get a set of proper winter tires, snow is not a problem

Our cars were made to be driven -- not to be looked at. (Though they are quite nice to look at...) Up here, I'm running regular tires and I've only had one week when I'd dare not drive around because of snow. Just be careful!

They work well in the snow, they DON'T corrode when left out and if some soccer mom in an SUV were to hit you, they take the impact very well! It's a win, win, win situation. Unless it's a show quality example it would be a shame to store it!

Drive that mother. Unless its like uber perfect showroom quality, its meant to be outside on the road being driven!
