Default Third Brake Light Wiring

Hi all —

My third brake light on my ‘93 968 was disconnected when a previous owner removed the rear wiper motor. I have the connector for the brake light in place still, but the leads coming from the hatch were cut from the connector, so I’m not sure which wires go where! There is red/black, two green wires and a brown wire. Does anyone know which go where?

Thanks!

Talking

You could strip the ends back, put a small light bulb or volt meter on two of them and have someone press the brake pedal till it lights up. Brown is ground normally on 944's. Back-yard, old school diagnostics.
