I just drove a 951 this weekend that had the factory sunroof delete, AC delete, and undercoat delete. Neat car, but I am really looking for a 944NA.

The car is for sale in San Diego California.

My ex, the '83 UK N/A had no sunroof. But being Euro thats hardly surprising. In fact looking at the hi-res pic of my avatar, the car next to it had no sunroof either.

I've got one... Just bought in US.. now running in Canada.
84 NA. Lovely suspension, 30 mm sway bar and konis all round.
Almost ready for the track. Will be caged in a year or two.
Not a daily driver.

The number is:

(619)222-2300

The car appears to be a good price at $5500, but needs some work. The exterior needs paint and minor bodywork. The steering is very heavy and may need a pump. He said the right rear needs a bearing replacement. The engine is not the original, but he has put alot of $$$ into it and the transmission. I think with some minor repairs the car would be pretty neat to have.

He is also a PCA member, so he is a Porsche guy.

Note that I have NO affiliation except that I looked at and drove the car. I am not a mechanic so any work needed is your decision. These were just my observations on the car.

my car has no sunroof, and i've seen one 924S with no sunroof (belongs to a guy in tampa) and another one local to me at my home in south florida (beat down pos, great track candidate, unfortunately not for sale). thats it, they are fairly uncommon here in the states. i love mine. its nice to have the sunroof, but then again we have two more that have sunroofs, so any time i want i could drive one of those. that said, i like them both about the same. ( i live in FL and NEVER use my ac... i wish it would break so i could take it out...)

My wrecked 87 924S tub is non-sunroof.

Of course the roof is the bent along with the frame.
