Default 944 S2 Help

That nipple is where the other end of the hose goes.

This is some janky hoses I cobbled together to make one hose.

This is the original hose

Okay, so I replaced the clutch master Cylinder and clutch slave cylinder. I have bled all 8 brake nipples and clutch slave cylinder. The brake is now very stiff and the clutch pedal is stuck to the floor. I’m getting really pissed of with this project. I think there is a problem with the brake booster, but will this affect my clutch too? I changed the brake booster check valve but that didn’t fix it. Then I found a hose that was eaten up by brake fluid I guess. Where can I find a replacement for this hose? One of the ends had a waaay bigger inner diameter or was stretched to fit. Could this be what is the problem?

have you conformed vacuum at the booster? the dashpot in your picture is an emissions valve for the charcoal canister.

bleeding the clutch is sometimes troublesome.

You need to pull the Clutch Pedal off the Floor then take a min ... Go out and Find a Syringe, I have a 60cc that I use to bleed the clutch, You need to force Fluid with no air bubbles in it from the bottom up, There is a sort of Gate where the Clutch master hose gets its fluid from in the brake res. Its in the Res itself. Unless its Drilled out its more than a nightmare... I got my Syringe from a local VET and have a piece of silicone vacuum line at the end of it.. With the Syringe it takes about 5 min to bleed a clutch.. I spent 1/2 day at the track trying to bleed a clutch while I was waiting for my wife to arrive with the syringe.. once she got there I was on track 20 min later...

how do I conform vacuum at the booster?
so that hose won’t affect the booster or clutch?

Is it easier with the syringe?
i used a compressor and a master cylinder cap adapter from power probe to bleed the clutch. No bubbles. Can the brake booster affect the clutch too?

Thanks.
at the end he says “ you’re almost ready to go at that point”
makes me feel like something is missing. Anyways, i’ll Try this with some cheap dot 3 brake fluid. And when I can do it the right way i’ll Flush the system and use ate type 200.

BTW: will I need to bleed the brake system of air before or after I bleed the clutch using this method?
