Default Oil Sending Unit Leaking

Have 87 951 we rescued a few years ago. Now that we are retired we are trying to make it right. Oil sending unit is seeping. Oil appears to be coming through the sensor, not from threads. This is the second new sensor installed.
Any advise or help would be appreciated.

I've seen them leak from the sensor, but only if they're super old. Either try a different brand of sensor, or perhaps your OPRV could be functioning incorrectly and causing very high oil pressure to the sensor. Does it read normally at idle?
