4 through 10: See #1.
That said, I must agree with 944Pete: get the car in perfect stock condition first. (That should keep you busy for a couple of years!!)
I agree: a good alignment will do wonders for the handling of your car.
If you drive the car on the street and autox/track, then don't go more agressive than around -1.5 degrees of camber: much more and you'll be wearing out tires fast.
IMHO, the BEST handling upgrade to your car is two-fold:
1. Get a thicker REAR sway bar (968 M030 19mm 3-way adjustable is great). Leave the front sway bar alone. (Too stiff in the front = more understeer)
2. If you are going to do some track driving, then get four equal width tires: I run 245-45/16's at all four corners on the track (DE events) and that setup significantly improves turn in and dials out a heap of understeer.
Powerwise - you have plenty: don't mess with the engine or turbo, 'cause once you start down that slippery slope, you'll never stop until your wallet is empty!

#1 is a good auto-x alignment. You'll get rid of most of the 'push', and no weird tire wear either. If I only had $100 to spend, that's what I'd spend it on (assuming nothing mechanical is broken).

Join Rennlist. Best $18 I ever spent and has saved me thousands
I second what Pete mentioned earlier.
BEWARE! Once you start down the road of boost there is no turning back.

Norman:
For DE's, 245's + M030 rear sway bar is, IMHO, a perfect setup for a car with a stock suspension. Of course, I'm running Pirelli P-Zero C's (R-compound rubber), so that helps in the grip department as well. Oh, and my sway bar is set to full firm.
That setup suits my driving style very well. I am not an overly aggressive driver, but given my autocross 'background,' I hate understeer!! Also: I don't let the back end out too far: I'm not an agressive driver! (Read: no spins logged on the track) I've run with a 225 front / 245 rear setup and then a 245 at all four back to back, and there is a noticable difference between the two: the 245's up front allow the car to turn in far better.
What really surprised me was how much understeer is engineered into our cars in stock form.
As always, YMMV,
