Passenger side signals blink really fast...
Drivers side blink a more normal slow rate...

I have checked bulbs, front and rears are blinkin on both sides and all other lights are working. Think this would be a relay going **** up?

I have checked the blinker fluid and its full

There are two types of blinker relays. One uses a chip for timing the other uses the resistence of the bulbs for timing.

You have higher resistence on one side than the other.
