i've been looking for the heatshield that goes aroudn the turbo and protects the brake booster, its to the right of the intake for a turbo. I cant find one, and i dont need a 'nice' one, just a piece of metal for like 15 bucks. I just burned up my slave cylinder and it poped on me...lol time to put all those heatshields back on that i thought were 'ehh those are for extreme conditions and just in case' when i was putting the motor in. Should get some exhaust wrap too, why the hell didn't i do this while the exhaust was OUT of the car? ah what it is to be young and stupid

anywho, any help with the heatshield would be much appriciated thanks

 

Email Roy, he is parting out an 86 turbo and might still have it. I bought a wiring harness from him without any problems. roy_josef@shaw.ca
