You will be surprised what people can repair. Seems like this thing has mostly superficial damage and not to the structure. The entire roof replacement is not too difficult. That is not too bad considering what I have seen others repair. Back in the days, the body shop I went to had a testarossa almost cut in half by sliding into a tree and they had to remove the engine to repair it. It was damaged about 5x more than this thing and it cost 15k to repair it completely.

Air bags didnt deploy because it wasnt a frontal impact. The sensors only deploy the bags in certain situations or else they may kill a person flying in the wrong direction.

I agree with lego....this is a easy fix for the right person....I seen worst get fixed and looks just at good as new when done....I only wish I had that gift...i really do....(in tears)

Maybe it is repairable...but if you want to buy that car off a guy with 1 feedback, be my guest...

i would rathar buy that car off a guy with 1 feedback now, then buy it off a guy with 50 feedback after it is repaired. at least i know what i am getting now.

It is certainly repairable and while the "guy" may have 1 feedback it can be seen at www.ecocar.com I looked at buying it but the job is too big for my skill level. For an experienced body man it is actually a pretty easy fix.
