Default What About Increasing Idle RPM's.....

from 900 to 1200 to eliminate vibration? How difficult to do?

The idea is to eliminate the vibration. You can put a bandaid on a broken bone and it's still a broken bone.

So Cal is right ,there is something going on there that ultimately will will leave you stranded . Could be as simple as bad plugs or tune up or as bad as a worn or stretched timing belt . Your engine is saying pay me now or pay me big time later.
