Okay, so I typed in "lost keys" in the search function again today cause I cant wait for Fedex (ta Dave) and I found this thread.

I didn't read through this, but sometimes when you re-ask you get a better answer. People learn etc. Yes, it's annoying when the same old stuff comes up again and again, but you don't have to click.

In another thread there was a reference to "snap ring pliers," that may have been the most common thread 3 years ago, but haven't seen that one in a while. People must be using the search function when changing thermostats.

In some cases, careless spelling in old posts also defeats the usefulness of the search function.

How do you think we should categorize and notify people of the friendly categories to search for? A thread stuck on top?

What's also interesting is that the really technical threads are usually in the 944- or 951-specific areas (or 924/968 don't wanna leave anyone out...) while the main area here is the whole mix.
