Default IE Porsche Toolbar wallpaper

By using this tool

http://download.microsoft.com/downlo...S/tbwlpapr.exe

and this bmp you can have a Porsche 944 wallpaper on you Internet Explorer.

Save the image to your windows folder and run the download from Microsoft, close your browser, open it back up and go to tools, toolbar wallpaper, select "Show desktop wallpaper in list" and then just select Porsche from the list.

Hope it works and you like it.

Looks good, except on mine it puts a big white line that seperates the toolbars right through the car.

Can you make another one, with a 951, and no white line ??

I think it is great. Would be a little better if it was a drop longer.

The white line will not go away but I can try and make one with a car that is above or below the line.

Hey Chad,
Great idea, but I can't seem to get mine to work...I know, I'm dumb, but I put it in the windows folder like you said, ran the program, it said it was installed, closed and opened a new ie window, and selected "show desktop wallpaper", and it showed a list but the porsche one wasn't there...what am i doing wrong? Thanks...

Chad,

What program are you using to make the image?

Friendan, I'm not sure what the problem is. You may want to make sure the file is in the WINNT or WINDOWS folder and then it should show up in your list.

Dan, I used Photoshop then poled it into MS Paint to create the bmp file.

If you wish to change the size just open the picture up in MS Paint and change the size.

It's not working for me? Nothing comes up in the little list box, and when I click "show desktop" it hangs.

What Internet Explorer version are you running. I think you have to run 5.0 or higher. I'm running 6.
