Default OT - San Diego Home For Sale

Fellow Rennlisters :

My San Diego home will be up for sale the first week in January, 2004.
It is in a very desired neighborhood (Scripps/Sabre Springs/Carmel Mountain Ranch Area.) Poway Schools.

If you are not aware the San Diego market is red hot and my style home is very rare and very desirable. I am posting it here first for all of my Porsche people. I would give any of you first crack at it.

My home is a Townhouse with neighbors sharing limited walls on the east and west sides. It is 1300 sq ft with a very large 2 car garage. Some of the features include a security system, wood laminates throughout the bottom floor and berber upstairs. It is a 2 master suite model.

Throw in an extra $15,000 and I will leave a mint condition 944S2 Cabriolet in the garage!

Asking price will start at $385,000. Email to devils944@san.rr.com if interested and I will hook you up with my agent.

Default Moving...

I'm going to Seattle. California has gotten more expensive than it is worth.
