Arrow Silver hood crest

My hood crest is faded, i was going to replace it with the original but noticed the silver one used in the later models and 996, i think it would give my Gaurds red a nice, unique look. I have found it for sale, but not for less than $80, anyone know a cheaper source?

I will be buying one as well, they wanted too much to fill the holes in the nose panels, I hate the gold one so here goes 80 freakin' dollars.

careful - i've heard that they have a different 'curve' to them - in order to fit the 996 hood. not sure if these are they, but i'd check with pelican and/or the place you're going to purchase it first!

Yeah, it'll probably look fine with the seal in the correct position. I talked to Jason @ Paragon when ordering my new CVs, he said he would check around and try to find 'em. I will call him in a couple of days.

I like the original colored crest! Look at any classic Porsche...and there's the colored crest! Good enough for me!

I'm curious as to why it's so expensive. I just replaced my (stolen) old skool gold one for £15 (call it $20).
