Default Throw out bearing chirping??

Alright just wanted some thoughts on this subject. I have noticed in the past few weeks that upon start up of my 87' 951 with the clutch pressed in the throwout bearing makes a very faint chirping/whistling sound. This was also the case on my 86' 951 before I sold it but it never caused a problem. I am wondering if I should be worried about this? The clutch has no more then 20k on it, and the sound goes away after a very short time. Any thoughts?
