Hey guys, does anyone know if the 924 and 944 glass pieces are the same. I know the frames are different, but is the glass the same? TIA!

The diameter of the wiper motor hole has been changed from 16mm to 26mm. Changed as of:
VIN 94_NK45 2466 944/944S2
VIN 95_KN 15 1328 944 Turbo

Also Modified were the mounting plate, wiper motor, hardware, wiper arm and wiper blade.

the glass size is the same for 924/944/968. some say glass is of different thickness, and the spoilers are different.

I think, and dont quote me on this, that the 924 glass is not as thick as the 944. Someone was telling me a while back about switching them out to save a little weight. Don't know how true it is though....

They are not; the 931/944 winged hatch glass has allowance for the bolts for the wing. The 924 (no wing) hatch does not. I suppose it's possible that the 944 has thicker glass for better noise insulation. Of course, lexan's always lighter... (just put one together for the racecar)
