Well, just finished (once again) making the 9344 road worthy. But wait - Now, sometimes after turning the car off, it comes back on all by itself. The antenna goes up, the radio comes on, I have to get in, turn in on and turn it off again.
Is it time to replace the ignition switch and if so, where is the best place to get one?
Here are some pictures of the latest repair. I replaced the clutch master and slave (I can still call them that - right?) cylinders and bleed the system. During this, I found the firewall had cracked and was no longer properly supporting the master cylinder. OK, fabricate a support - Here is a picture.

Then, I find the interior pedal support had also broken. I rigged up this fix temporarily and will bolt or rivit this one in soon.
Is this a common problem and is there a better fix out there? I was afraid to have someone start welding up in there . . .
This, the ignition and repacking the CV's is about it this go around. Any advise or comments much appreciated,
Steve
