Default water in the passanger rear footwell!

where the heck is the water coming from? It is not the battery tray because I sealed that and the car was parked facing uphill last night. the front of the passenger side was dry, but because it was facing uphill just behind the seat the water was 4 inches deep! is this coming from my door some how? the sunroof seems fine, nothing was dripping. this is very strange. I may have to remove the rear seat to see where it is coming from. any hints where this is coming from?

Your passenger door is warped and/or the gasket has shrunk. Bet if you opened it this morning water ran out from the transome area. Check for cracks in the door just where the rear window post meets the door body.

It's not likely the drain holes in the bottom unless they are plugged up. These drain any water that come in from the window seal to the outside of the door gasket/seal. If these are plugged up then water can build up in the door and overflow into the cabin.
