Default Footwell area wiring identification

Hi there.

my 1987.5 944 Turbo has the following wires under the dash. While they look factory and are wrapped in the factory cloth I am not so sure as to what they are. Additionally one of them appears to be snipped at the end as shown.

does anyone have any thoughts on what wires these are?

thanks!
paul

Brown is a ground. Can you check with a volt meter and see if the red one is switched off of the key or if it always has power?

And what switches do you have in the center console in front of the shifter? Perhaps it snaked down to there?

Ok.

are those wire "plugs" standard Porsche wiring/plugs? Or is that added on?

if so --- the only questionable wires are the brown and red one cut off
