Hey Rich, sorry I could not come out with you... just racked up days 1&2 for the season - great base on Whistler / Blackcomb - skied out to the Village yesterday too! About 36" base already.
It's puk'in snow up here again today for the next week according to the forecast - another 3 feet by the end of the week expected. Farmer's Almanac was right again. Might be another record snowfall year as it is cold enough already.
BTW, we still on for next week at TBS??

Thanks for the kind replies!
I'll try to photoshop the black into red. I may even take some more photos again today, as there should be more snow on the ground and less pavements showing. I may have to drop a couple hundred$$ on new rear tyres tho, as my rears are 9" wide with only 2mm of thread left. Yeah.. Im either a really good driver, or just really stupid - to be driving like I was in those conditions. Probably a little bit of both.
Randy and all you other V.dot playas: TBC on Monday December 1. Time is TBA. Get ready to get lapped. Owain will probably smoke all of us - if he can come out. Would you guys prefer morning or evening? If we go after 6pm we might be able to get some more ppl to come out. But I was just thinking a small group of 4-6 ppl. It's $10 per heat, I was thinking we'd do a 5min warmup/qualify and then a 15-20 min race. let me know.

This makes me want to find pictures of my car in the snow (back in the day, 1993, upstate NY). These are great snow cars.
Down here, they won't let you go into "snowy" areas without chains or snow tires. Considering that a little rain can cause a huge accident, that's not a bad idea.
