I may have posted a picture of mine here before. I don't recall. If I did, it has changed quite a bit. It started as a very original '75 914 2.0. It is now, a 914-6 3.2 six with GT flares and GT fiberglass hoods... The bumper is custom made by Original Customs, Now in Grand Rapids Michigan. This thing is a joy to drive!

The Reliable truck dropped off the '73 in AZ this AM... needs an alignment and some carb tuning and then it's ready for desert cruises!

Default Ole Yeller Converted

Since 1996 it's happily been living it's life as a 3.0L 914-6 conversion.

- RSR inspired front Boge struts (raised spindles, gusseted, bump steer kit) with Koni Sport adjustable inserts
- 944 Turbo Series II four piston Brembos front and rear
- Narrowed rear trailing arms with shortened axles so 7X16 Fuchs will fit perfectly out back.
- Adjustable rear coilovers with Koni Sport adjustable shocks
- 901 side shifter with ZF LSD, custom gear set with overdrive 5th gear
- Hydraulic clutch
- Remote oil cooler with fan kit
- Fully functional gauge set
- Hand throttle

The blacked-out trim on your '75 is a perfect detail !
What method did you use on the door handles ?

Thank you. Everything was disassembled and powder coated. I did it to update the look of the car. Since it wasn't stock or a survivor anymore, I took liberties of making style changes. I love the way it turned out. But I may be biased
