Tim, not dissing your car, but the pics you sent me were of a great piece with much potential. The critical stuff that needs to be addressed for many of us is the hell-hole region. Spend the money and put in a proper battery tray mount, making good and sure all those areas have a good solid mounting area with no damage evident. This is cruddy, time consuming work, but am thinking it would sell that teener alot easier than changing the color of the wheels.

and when a guy asks to have questions answered by email, don't fear putting it in writing. Not all of us are lawyers and lawsuit happy, we just want the facts to make as educated a purchase as possible.
We have all been wary with teeners. AND , this is the age of the internet, where a distant photo of a wet car always sells something. Just what, one is never sure of..... and I am not saying you were doing this, its just the way alot of folks operate today. Internet tactics abound by the boatload, and a guy needs an open dialogue with the seller to gain trust.
Best wishes with the sale

Sorry what is a teener. And the car is not wet???? The hell hole is very solid! As far as lengthy emails , I would rather go over the car on the phone. I know you were traveling so that was hard for you. Figured you would call when you got a chance if you were still interested. I am selling this car cheap and am not hiding anything. A very nice example of this car sold on eBay for 12800. I really like these cars but they do not hold any value! So I guess when fix one up ,put money into one ,plane on keeping her forever .. I will blow her out on eBay. Five will be my reserve. I have a pic of the inside of the wheel well were the batt tray is , very solid.. The car that sold on eBay also had some fabricated tray on it as well. Thanks again everyone Teener??????

"Teener"

Nine-four-"teen"

Some think it's a cute nickname, for a cute car.
