Interesting... could be a fun project- hopefully it was stored in a climate controlled garage- Florida humidity and salt spray for 20+ years could be almost as bad as northern salt...

True, a lot of people don't realize how much Florida beats on cars. If the car is not rusted, that isn't a terrible price. Maybe a little high, but not bad.
