16" phone dials from '81 928 on a 914?
Hi guys,
Does anyone know if phone dials will fit on a 914? If it's not a direct fit, might there be an adapter out there...? Thanks for your thoughts and expertise.

I have seen it before on some 914. But as I'm sure you know the 914 is 4 lug and the phone dials are going to be 5 lug. So you can get re-drilled hubs, or do a whole 5 lug conversion but that's a bit of an undertaking. As far as measurements go, I have no idea.

I have a 81 928 with phone dials, and a 72 914 1.7 - It does not look like an easy swap out to me - 5 studs - big rear off set and would need the fenders cut and flared significantly. Oh, and they are heavy!
