Mid TN Fun Run #2 - 5/12/2007
Well, here we go again.
It's that time again. Next Saturday, 5/12, we will be holding the 2nd Mid TN Fun Run, hoping for much better weather this time! We will be driving in the same basic area as last time, only on a few different roads. This month's drive has been planned by David Bailey, who has started the rsr conversion on his 69 this week. He is busy, and hopefully will be able to make it.
We will meet at the same place as last time, I-40 exit 143, at the truck stop with the Arby's. We will meet around 9:00 am. We will try to start the drive around 10:00 am (if we can stop talking). The drive itself should be about 1.5-2 hours worth plus a lunch break. Hope to see more of you out for this one. Will one of the moderator's please post this as an announcement? Also, is there an easy way for that announcement to be cross-posted to the other boards?

Weather.com says sunny and 80's. Thanks to Dave Bailey for planning this month's run...
Meet at I 40 as before.
Down 13 through Linden to Hyw 128.
128 to Clifton.......Eat lunch
Back up 128 to 228.
228 over to 13.
Up 13 through Flatwood back to Buffalo at I 40
Should be around 100 to 110 miles for the trip
Lots of twisties
