Post Rear trunklid, adjusting for alignment?

I just picked up a very nice original '74 1.8L 914 and the rear trunk lid is slightly out of alignment. It is off-kilter a few degrees clockwise and doesn't close squarely. It takes a little bit of finessing it to latch. I need to know how I can adjust this.
Do I simply loosen the bolts holding the panel to the hinge and adjust as necessary or is there a trick?

Just wanted to make sure before I go and take stuff apart.
