Front or rear?
Rear ones rebuild them unless you have 2000$ to spend on a new set. The best kit to buy comes from GPR an AutoAtlanta (sad but true) the kit includes the small o-rings for the adjuster screw.

For the fronts you can also buy a rebuild kit or new I've seen new units for 150$ the pair at rgrautoparts in Canada.

When you rebuild, the hard part is to get the pistons out. On the rear use the screws, in front you have to push it with air or fluid (it's the dangerous part since they blow out of the bore when you use air).

I think there is a good article at: <a href="http://www.pelicanparts.com/techarticles/914_caliper_rebuild/914_caliper_rebuild.htm" target="_blank">http://www.pelicanparts.com/techarticles/914_caliper_rebuild/914_caliper_rebuild.htm</a>

It's a good time to to replace brake hoses and paint the calipers.

GPR = German Parts & Restoration

I've looked and they don't list the rear kit, you should give them a call and ask for a caliper rebuild kit, specify the year of the car it's important.

Pelicanparts, the site where the article is from will carry both kits (I bought my kits from there) but the rear kit doesn't contain those fairly important o-rings.

As a last resort I would order from automobile atlanta (never done business with them but didn't hear nice things). At your own risk.
