Looking for a trailer for my 914... any suggestions?
I want to be able to trailer my 914 to different shops during the resto process plus I would like to use it afterwards for track days.
My tow vehicle is a Jeep Wrangler that is limited to 4,000 Lbs. due to it's short wheelbase. The 914 weighs 2100 so I am looking for a trailer that weighs less than 2000 Lbs.
Any suggestions?

The only trailer to get is the expensive, but resaleable trailex aluminum trailer. Ask for the Porsche package which includes the longer ramps. DO NOT tell the salesman you have a 914 or they will put the axles too close to the tongue.I made that mistake and it took me a year to figure out why the trailer was unstable at high speeds. Changed to the center position and everything is fine. There are three positions for the axles, you want the center position which is where trailex positions for the 911.
