Post New exhaust

So, about three weeks ago I was driving down the freeway when my muffler fell off...d'oh! I might have been able to salvage it if it hadn't gotten caught under the wheels of a Lincoln Continental but it did and I couldn't, so my mechanic and I decided that the best course of action was to put a new Bursch exhaust on the car. (As far as I can tell, the old one was a Manta.)

And...well...WOW. The car is running so much better. It's quieter, it's got more pep, gas mileage is back up, low idle problems are gone, and it seems to be burning less oil. It's almost like a whole new car!

I was a little bummed at having to shell out for the unplanned-for repair, but it's turned out to be a blessing in disguise.
