I run Ferodo. I've not run Minitex on my 914 so I can't compare. I had tried Minitex and Ferodo's on my 964 and liked the feel of the Ferodo better. I use them on all my cars.

I used Mintex for a while but they were too prone to lock-up. I have since gone to Pagid Orange and like them much better. I use them for auto-x and time trials on the west coast, where it is often very hot.
