Default Interior trim part needed (radio cutout cover)

I have decided to pull the old radio my 1974 914 came with. Actually, it pulled itself and literally fell backwards out of the dash. I need the solid trim piece that covers that hole. Here is what it is:

Any help appreciated.

You're probably going to have to make something similar, as that's not a readily available item. In fact, I've never even SEEN that particular blanking plate on a 914 in the US, let alone taking up space on someone's workbench.

I've been thinking that since posting myself.

Looks like the 'fabric' is available from Pelican, and I could just cover a piece of properly sized wood and glue it in place.
