1976 914 body shell

If you are looking for an opportunity to replace your old rusty bodyshell that’s ready to break in half, here’s your chance. This body shell has absolutely NO RUST anywhere. The car was completely disassembled, the bodyshell stripped and resprayed in original silver with Sikkens three years ago. While everything was apart both trunks and the engine bay were sprayed. This car was never rebuilt so the bodyshell has not been back on the road since. The paint on the rear trunk lid is scratched and other various paint scratches from sitting in a garage. Bodyshell stiffening panels were welded into the rear wheel wells and everything was rustproofed with 3M flexible. The interior floor has had the sound deadening replaced with original Wurth sound deadening material. Dynamat has been installed on the rear firewall to help with the engine noise. You will not get another opportunity to purchase a RUST FREE bodyshell in this condition. The bodyshell is located in Charleston, WV. Just like the ad says...it's a bodyshell. Has a new front windshield and back glass, doors and both hoods. The bodyshell was completely stripped so everything could be painted.
