Good question. It may have more rust upon inspection or the rust repairs were shoddy. Maine is definitely rust country. The engine compartment( ie motor mount) looks pretty beat up. A tired motor will cost half the asking price for sure. More pictures of the interior might help.

Yes a good inspection, PPI would be needed on body and engine.
'68 have side reflectors, this one doesn't have them and most likely were removed on a repaint, the one door panel that is shown looks good. '68 door panels are a one year only design and NLA.
