912 in North Carolina
Hello, I'm a 911 owner, but saw this 912 at a local car show today (Fayetteville, NC) and thought I'd share - just a phone camera, so not the greatest pic. It's a 1966 the guy bought from someone in California, and has been working on it himself. I was amazed at how much space there was in the engine compartment compared to the 911's as I had never seen one up close before.
Anyway, have a great rest of the weekend.

Yup, tons of room!
Heck, it still amazes me, when I have the engine out of the car and all the tin removed, that it can even propel the car at all. There is nothing to it. The only engine more compact is a rotary 'mini-keg'. remember there's over 200lbs difference between a 911 and 912 and 99% of that is in the 'business-end' alone.
