First time Porsche buyer - Any Suggestions?
I'm going to be buying a Porsche soon, and I'm looking at buying either a 1976 912e or a ~1980 911sc. I don't mind putting a little work ($) into the car, but I am on a budget. Any thoughts/suggestions about which model would be a better buy?

912E of course 
the sc is a great model, infact one of the best ever made. the thing is they are really night and day difference. it all depends what you really want, and why.
go to www.912bbs.org and check out a few things there, learn more about the 912E, and make an informed decision.
