Well... That is a Fiat door pull, commonly used on a RS type. The window crank is close enough to be correct... The door pull **** shown is custom. The door panel itself is RS spec but with a sewn on door pocket it could be somewhat similar to an early SWB 912 door... The door elbow trim pad shown is fine & can be used for most any of them.
However you did not mention the year door panel you wish to replicate. A 1966-1967 would require different door pocket & arm rests than a '68 etc. And if you are speaking 1969, or 1976 then there is even more differences.

Yes that is a fait door pull, and the differences while subtle in the 66’ 67’ 912 vs the rest are noticeable if you know what you’re looking for, so all depends on the look the poster wants. I think the 69 and above ones will still fit the 67,68
