Default New owner saying hi

Howdy all, long time p-car owner here, and this is my second and current 912. She's a '69 in Irish Green and I specially sought this color out. Plans for it include green family tartan for the seat centers, a Sebring exhaust and possibly lower the front a wee bit. I've already swapped out the 'death' belts for 3 point retractable which make the car more comfortable to use. Hope you like her!

Thank you. A little more about the car. It was restored a few years back at a restoration place in CA called 'Pristine Autos' but has since gone out of business. I spoke to the owner of the company who did the restoration prior to them closing up shop. I had always planned on driving the car back to them to show it, but I guess I can't do that now!

I've new tires going on this week, I went with the Vredestien since they were good value and I am familiar with the brand. The car currently has some no-name brand so I'm a bit nervous about their reliability. The car has a small leak which I need to get addressed and a few minor issues, but nothing which really effects its drivability. My last 912 had a Harry Pellows rebuild, but this motor seems stronger even though it's stock.

Very cool. My minimal experience with 912's is with the later E's. I think the driving experience is similar though, do to the basic 911 design with less HP.
I bought a 912e with a friend a few years ago with the thought of flipping it. We both fell in love with it & he bought me out of it to continue sorting it out. He just got it back from an engine rebuild & I can't wait to drive it again.

Good luck with yours & have fun.

Beautiful car! I love Irish Green on a narrow body LWB. Personally, I would go with Houndstooth for the seats.
