Default Turbo upgrade problem

Hi all,

I have a 1994 911 3.6 turbo , with air intake, gemballa spring for the turbo & exhaust. My older brother owns the 996 TT we always race with this modifications we race usually from 40KM while i have better ratio at my gears my car will be ahead of the 996 TT until like 200KM to 220KM.

So one day i bought the K29 turbo and i was so excited without even my brother knows after installing the bigger turbo i couldn't feel the car is faster or slower. So i asked my brother lets race i feel my car faster .
IT wasn't my car slower then before i raced my brother 996TT from 40KM his car went head of me right away is head of me by 3 cars we race so many times in different speeds i thought about turbo lag we raced from higher speed but still slower , i went back to the dealer they readjust the fueling but nothing is was change, i explained to the mechanic 100 times but he says you only feeling think its slow
please help me what should i do , I'm waiting for your help.

again my mods my car is 94 turbo 3.6
exhaust, turbo spring from gemballa, and K&N air-intake from FVD
added K29 turbo but its slower

One answer would be to dyno the car the way it is, then switch back to the other turbo and do it again. Not cheap, especially if you are paying someone to change the turbo for you. Another option over dyno'ing is to use a G-tech to measure hp. I have one, and find it reads low compared to the dyno, but it seems to be consistent, and you pay for it in two dyno sessions.

Oman,
which boost spring did they sell you? 0.8,0.91.0?? Maybe your still on stock boost pressure. The K29 does take a little longer to spool up compared to your stock K27 but once its on boost it should pull much stronger than stock.
