Jamie, do you know for sure the controller is bad? The two sensors can also be a problem.

Sadly, the entire unit is missing in my 1976 930.

Bummer, are the sensors still there? The reference sensor at the heater valve is not cheap. Never have priced the sensor in the cabin. Good luck.

I have found some hard to find items here. Also LA dismantlers, but there are always very spendy

I bought mine from LA Dismantler for around 300 which is the going rate. I found mine on EBAY. It was for my 89 930

I have a old one that's not complete and doesn't work so don't think it'll do you much good. I tried trouble shooting the thing a couple of years ago but had a hard time understanding how the circuit board, micro switches, rheostat, and geared motor work together. Certainly a complicated little SOB...guess that's why they are so expensive
