CA is tough for these cars. How ironic, seeing that CA used to be THE CAR STATE. I brought my 1985 930S into the state from Missouri with 17K miles. Had to contact Washington to get the microfiche for the DOT and EPA letters for the car since it was grey market. Only CA required that. Got that done and then dealt with the bi-annual smog laws. Finally transferred the Title to my company and registered it out of state. CA is such a pain to deal with.
